Possible yeast infection that won’t go away

For the past 4 months i’ve had a white “rash” on my penis head it’s painless and there’s no discharge or anything like that. after some research i determined that it could be a yeast infection and began self treatment such as hydrogen peroxide until i realized that wasn’t working. after that i picked up some clotrimazole and have been using that for the past two months. recently at times it seems as though its working to then turn around and get worse the day after. it’s extremely frustrating at this point and i’m beginning to question if it’s even a yeast infection i just want it gone.
