Possibly Testicular cancer?

About 2 days ago I had a sudden non severe pain in my groin area while I was standing at work. I immediately went to the restroom to figure out what was going on and that's when I found a painful yet small bump on my right testicle when I touched it I got that kicked in the balls feeling. Now come today the pain has mostly diminished and the bump seems to be shrinking on its own possibly. I'm concerned and nervous as hell if anyone has any idea what's going on please tell me. I will be making a doctors appointment this week I rather be very cautious and have it looked at and possibly tested as well. Because if it is cancer I rather loose my one ball then my life. Though in a perfect world I be keeping both. Never thought this could happen to me at the age of 23

Unless a bug can bite through the scrotum then no it's not a bug bit. But I did go and get a doctors advice and appears to be appendix torsion which should go away on its own.

Hi,
Do not worry, since the pain has mostly diminished, it could be just be a boil or an insect byte. So cool yourselves and in any case take a doctor's opinion.
