Sudden oozy, red and burning rash? on Scrotum

Hey there people I am in very bad shape since 4-5 days. I have developed a certain redness and burning on left side of my scrotum before 5 days. Before3 days I went to a derma and he looked at it and gave me prednisolone 5 mg 2 tablets 3 times a day, and potassium permanganate 5ml soln. to be diluted in 1000ML water and soak it on scrotum 2 times a day. But since I have started taking these medications my rash has spread with redness and ooziness, and also feel very sharp pain to touch.

Is this normal ? Or should I stop taking medication? What else can I do. The derma is expensive here...and this dude never visit this area except once weekly...btw I have NO itchiness at all.

please! someone or some doctor help me.

I m really sorry you re going through this. I hope this is all better now. If you think this dermatologist is not good try to find an other one. Tramadol is just a strong pain killer usually given orthopedic injuries  and surgery patients that deal with a lot of pain. I cant think why they gave that to you. Maybe it would be a solution to get admitted to hospital and let them run all possible tests on you. Keep us updated

I am going to stop medications for today and see if I feel ok...Any further advices would be very helpful

If the medication doesnt seem to work and it gets worse it is probably something else than your derm thought. Stop the medication and let him know as soon as possible tha you got worse.
