PENIS DRY/SMEGMA/DISCHARGE HELP
Hi there, I’m 21 years old and I really need help. Ever since december i’ve had like discharge or smegma collect and it never used to do it, i clean it with water and it still was there after a while, i clean with mild soap and it still was there after a while passed. and it’s like it disappears but as soon as i rub it, discharge appears, and it’s stressing me out. and it’s like my penis foreskin is dry also and it catches to my penis head. please help idk what to do.
