Tesitcle discomfort, lowerback slight pain and discomfort and urine burning

Hello, my name is Alex and I am having a mild burn in in urination and my right testicle have a mild pain go on and off for a day gap inbwtween it seems and my lower back feels sort of pain. This has been occurring for about a week or 2. It started first in my testicles but it wasn't unbearable pain, just discomfort. Then my urine starts to burn a little about 2 days later, followed by an on and off pain in my lower back. I have not had sexual intercourse since April 30th of this year. If someone could please give me some feed back on this issue, that would great, thank you.

Hello, and thank you for the reply. I went to my doctor 2 weeks ago and he prescribed me a  7 day treatment of Levaquin. He said checked my testicles and penis and said everything was fine. I explained my symptoms and asked if I needed a blood sample. He told me no because the urine sample I gave him showed some white blood cells, so he told me it was a UTI or something along those lines. I am still having a burning sensation down there but nothing to drastic, also my testicles are still having the same symptoms but no where near as irritating as it was before. Maybe it is my diet? I am thinking about calling him back, but in all honesty I do have a very poor diet. On top of that I take Methylphenidate (Ritalin) 20mg 4 times a day and sometimes on an empty stomach then I do not feel like eating, so at times I go a day or 2 without eating along with taking my medicine. Could this be related to constipation at all? Because sometimes I feel the urge to go but I don't then I get a weird pain in my lower abdomen, then I notice my testicles start to irritate me a bit. I say irritate because it is not pain, just mild discomfort. Thank you for your reply.

I hope that this has resolved for you or that you have seen a physician.  I think that you may have an infection.  Burning in the urine is generally a key indicator.

Does it burn after or during ejaculation?

If you have not seen a physician I think that you should.  They would have you collect a urine sample to check for infection.  Good luck!
