What could be whole body mild itching after balanitis ?

I m hispanic, 5`11 155lb. Had a balanitis candidiasis and took fluconazole 150mg and gone in 5 days. Balanitis is partially gone (still have a mild posthitis).

After 7 days of taking fluconazole, whole body itching started. Specifically in arms, face, chest, side abdomen, scalp, genital area and legs. it have been 20 days since that, initially intermitten days and now daily.  After sleeping, excersing or in activity. dont have any symptons until like 30 minutes awake.   Virus screening all negative and glucose level 108 in fast.  I suffer for anxiety sometimes and have bowel movement and loose stools.

Hello~Treatment  may require antibiotics, steroid creams or  in extreme cases, the foreskin may need to be removed (circumcision).

You may have an infection starting, I would certainly see your physician. Your fasting blood sugar is a wee bit high as well, 108 is considered pre-diabetes, normal is below 100. Therefore, these issues may be caused by unstable blood sugar. Ask for an A1C test, this will tell what has been going on with your blood sugars for the last 3 months.

Try to avoid all sugars and alcohol to start with until you can see your GP. Drink plenty of pure water as well.

Hello, Thank you so much for your advice. I went to to lab to test my HbA1c test and the result was 5.7% as a score , which means normal.  Apart for that test, someone recommended me a IgE test which result in a very high 160 ui/ml (the lab reference high says 87), which explain the pruritus but I have to see the physician to search for the origin.
