ejaculation leading to weak stomach leading to acne problems

I am a 30 year old guy, my problem is that whenever i do sex or any activity involving ejaculation, everything goes fine except within 24 hour pf that, my stomach weakens and also my overall immunity level drowns down leading to severe acne condition on my nose and chin. initially small yellow pimples appears and than if this condition remains for 2 days it converts to more severe acne.
I have started noticing this condition since last 5 years.
Whenever I went to a specialist doctor, he recommended me isotritinion for 60 days and told me that my acne has nothing to do with ejaculation.
with above mentioned treatment my acne issue actually resolved by pop up again with increased sexual activity (3 times a week). I usually use flagyl for stomach issue. Also during intake of isotritinion I never experienced stomach issue either.
I have no other problem, I am physically fine and kind of always ready for sex ...

It is perfectly alright for you to disagree with me and to have your own opinion. I have no problems with that.

Because your stomach seemed to improve with antibiotics, I wonder if you might have chronic gastritis caused by h-pylori infection. You would need to take a CLO test to rule this in or out. Your acne issue may need a dermatologist opinion.

All I'm really saying is that you need to separate ejaculation away from these two problems. Not doing so is only obfuscating the problem.

I am married guy having a kid. Living a satisfied married life. but I experienced that after my baby's birth I havent done sex/masturbation for like 2 months and during that time, i have never experienced above mentioned problems, I am an engineer by profession and take the things very logically.
Also If i do sex once a week, such illness never felt but if I do twice or thrice, the stomach problem following acne comes and It take 3,4 days atleast to recover only if I stay away from sex during that time.

Further I dont have any guilt about it and always feel happy doing it.

Need your time and advice on it.

Your doctor was correct. Your ejaculation is NOT causing your stomach or acne problems. Just because two things seem linked in time does not mean that the one causes the other.
To blame ejaculation or "semen loss" for everything that befalls us is a variant of DHAT syndrome and often reflects inappropriate guilt about sexual activity leading to orgasm. When you can accept this you will immediately start to feel better about yourself. Good luck!
