hit in the testicalls

i was hit in the testicals pretty hard about a week ago and my testical sack bruised pretty bad. was sore for a day or two now the bruise is getting better but there is a peanut sized bump inside above my left testicall that was not there before and is not on the right side. the bruuise is still there but getting better it looks like. the bump does not bother me unless u press on it lightly. wondering what i should do should i be worried or is something swollen?

I'd go to the doctor.  I played baseball for a lot of years growing up and took more than my share of nut shots....  Pretty much all were nothing and there were no changes.  One time there was a change in the way one felt.  Turned out, somehow, the testicle twisted itself inside the sack and was cutting off blood flow to it.  I believe it was diagnosed as "torsion testicle".

It's your nuts man.  If there's a lump, go get it looked at.

Hi, first I would give it more time to let things get really back to normal, all the bruising gone and any swelling gone as well, if this small pea sized lump is there, get to your doctor, he should sort you out,
Good Luck
