pain and frequency to urinate
When I pee I feel a tightness almost like I'm holdin it in and right after I pee it feels like I need to go again and when I try little comes out with a very little drop od a reddish slimy supstance what could this be
Drink lots of water and get plenty of rest while you wait for your doctor's appointment.
I think that you might have a urinary tract infection and that you need to see a doctor as soon as possible. Thing can get worse fast if not controled with antibiotics early.

I'd suggest that he see his doctor or a urologist ASAP..none of us are doctors here and while it may be nothing major, it is certainly worth being checked out by a specialist.
