Headaches, dizzyness and just pain.

I have this chronic pain in my head, recently it has somehow spread to my face and I feel pain in my whole face all the way to my lower cheek. Sometimes I get a wierd "pulsating" feeling in my head, my vision goes black for a split second, I hear a wierd noise in my head, like a rattling.

I've had it like this for a month now. Painkillers don't help, I sleep for between 16-20 hours a day, without waking up, I feel sick because of this pain.

wow, that's terrible.  This has been going on for a month?  You must be seen by a doctor right away!  Can you do that before this weekend?  even if it's urgent care or the ER.  You need help.  If you are suffering a specific kind of migraine or a neurological issue, this has to be uncovered to help you.  Please make an appointment and let us know how you are doing.
