Puffy large swelling with lumpy bone depressions

Saw your thread on skull dents.  Noticed that all were women, many had thyroid issues and other medical history.  I have a large swelling on top of my skull just right of the midline and behind the hairline.  Upon palpation it can be sensitive and tender at times. Scared that the bone is being eaten away., the skull bone feels like indentations like a rough road. I have had it over 5 weeks and scared to death.  I have NO insurance, and do not qualify for Obama care or anything because of technicalities.  Anyways, I know there are no lymph nodes on top of the head., And I really do not believe that glasses worn on top of the head would cause it, Since there is a large bubble of skin above the indentation.  My worries is that somehow an infection is underneath and destroying the bone underneath it.  I read the long history listed on this thread and no one has mentioned the a large swelling or bubble.  Anyways, can anyone help., this is not normal and I can't believe that no one has found the cause.
