Tension headache.

Okay so its been a full week since my head injury. I have many questions. Now 2 days ago i went to the ER, they did my blood pressure, vitals all that stuff. It had already been 4 days before i went to the hospital. They did a ct scan, docter said everything looked normal, no bleeding or bruising. But ive scared myself horribly by reading too much on Google. Note, i have extremely bad anxiety so if you suffer some anxiety as well, i know you understand. But like i was saying i was reading how sometimes bleeding can take weeks to show, but can ct scans detect blood clots in the brain before they burst causing a bleeding? Ive also had bad tension headaches. Its a squeezing, pressure feeling in the top of my head, around my temples. Along with burning feeling occasional. Ive had these headaches everyday since this happened from the moment i wake up to when i go to sleep. Have took tylenol doesnt help. Won't take blood thinners out of fear from reading too much. Its only been a week, but ive been stressing so badly im only making things worse. I dont know how to turn the stress and panic switch off. The docter said i have mild brain injury. Also i have fractured the back of my skull when i was little. Im 17 now, and this would be my second head injury. I fell off my bed and hit the back of my head. So is it true that this will take longer to heal because of previous head injury? Please someone help me out. I thought going to the docter would make me feel better but i dont.. Is it just my anxiety?
