When should i worry about headaches

When should you start worrying about headaches?
I have been getting headaches everyday for the past week,Some days its just on the right side and then other its on both.and top,I dont get headaches much but lately i have been and they last a while. I have no other symptoms just a headache that dont seem to be going away.I took some Advil and that didnt help.

Im a little worried because people have said that i could have symptoms of a brain tumor or be having a brain aneurysm.I get in panic mode when it comes to my health, and i dont have a Dr right now so if anything i would have to go to the Er,Should i be worrying about my headaches?

Also im thinking i need glasses, when i drive i cant see well at signs in the distance .Should i get my eyes checked first or see a dr?

Tumor Headaches present with pain that progressively worsens, projectile vomiting, possible visual disturbances speech or personality changes; problems with equilibrium, gait, or coordination; and even seizures. On the other hand, aneurysm may present with a sudden, unbearable headache; double vision, rigid neck, and loss of consciousness. Take care and do keep us posted. If your headache persists, I highly recommend that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care.

Hi,
How are you? Was there a recent injury or trauma to your head? Headache may be due to a variety of reasons-it can be primary or secondary headache. Primary headaches include migraine, tension and cluster headaches. Can you elaborate on the type of headache? Throbbing type are usually associated with migraine while dull type with tension headache. These can be avoided with identification of the triggers. There is a headache tracker in this forum that may help. To rule out error of refraction, have your eyes checked by an opthalmologist. Take care and regards.
