Yikes, it is way too soon to think something like bi-polar disorder. She is 11 and puberty may just becoming on a little early. Remember they are now putting hormones in milk, beef etc....
It probably sounds like everyone is yelling because some of the nerves affected by Migraine impact ear function. Sound sensitivity is very common.
How is her diet?
Does she drink much water, magnesium, calcium? (dehydration could cause leg cramps, discs in back to be compressed and migraines)
Mood? When you have constant pain, you are moody.
Honestly, I'm betting early puberty - preteen hormones are difficult, please be understanding with her. At 11, she REALLY needs a full nuerological workup by a board certified nuero to rule out anything more serious.
Why would you jump right to bi-polar? Is there a family history of mental illness?
Family history of migraine?
Family history of anything predominently that could lead to answers? Not a doc, just my two cents.
my daughter is 9 and a half and has similiar things..if you find out answers please feel free to share with me....
