Tricyclic antidepressants might also help.
Many people get helped by small doses of valium or similar.
Botox injections might also work, no side effects almost.
Small doses of indomethacin can be added as well for a time, it works as an anti inflammatory agent (supposedly).
But you must find a better doctor. There are a lot of drugs to try, you can not just accept feeling like this.
