24/7 Headache and lightheaded

well for about 3 months now i have the constant pressure on my eyes and nose and forehead  witch radiates to the back of my head that sometimes turns into a really bad headache it all started when i get i really dizzy in class since then i haven't felt normal i keep seeing more eye floaters theres streaks of light in my left  eye when i look left and right  and and always feel lightheaded sometimes it feels like i might pass out but it goes away after a couple of minutes im 18 male i had normal blood test my b12s were a little low but my neuro didnt think much of it normal mri w and w/o contrast of the head and normal mri of the neck she thinks that this is all caused by a migraine should i start taking medication for it she wants to put me on topamax can i migraine really do this im also sensitive to sunlight. so i pretty much have 24/7 lightheadedness and head pressure/headaches for 3 months that has not gone away

  I am wondering if u may have a syrinx or Chiari Malformation as the symptoms are so similar....but many Drs disregard this condition....

Deff get copies of the testing and get other opinions.

  And they had no idea what is going on? Did they suggest doing a LP?

Or ne other tests?

yes it was a brain mri and i had 2 doctors look at the mri 1 of them was a neurologist

  Do u have copies of the MRI and the report? It may suggest what may be going on and it is good to take to another Dr for a 2nd opinion.

Was the head  MRI really a brain MRI?

yes mri of the head with and without contrast and mri of the neck

i also saw a ent and a eye doctor witch came back fine
