3 years and 4 months NON STOP HEADACHE

Hey, my names keegan and i am a 24 yr old male from Australia . I have had a non stop headache for 3 years and 4 months, ive seen about 40 health specialts including Pycholigists, Pyschiatrists, Neuroligists, had scans, had every alternative therpay avaliable, tried anti deps, anti anxiety meds and basically everybody agrees it is still psychological. They say in rare cases trauma at a young age can come back in pyshical symptons later in life. The pain has also spread through face and ears and down arms at times.Sometimes after going to pyshios or chiros my pain levels go down but they have never once left. I have been close to suicidal from the chronic pain and now i spend most my time trying to get my mind of the pain because it becomes self obsessive and you become narcisitic. So my question is has anybody heard of anxiety related incidents in childhood causing chronic pain to somebody 15 years later for years on end?  Its a living hell but i am trying to have hope that healing is possible.
i dont really know how this site works but I would love to hear from you

You have tried everything you know.Do this pranayam(breathing exercises) and you will start to feel improvement in health.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after 1 minute.
Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for upto 15 minutes twice a day.(Max 60 min/day) Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.

Anulom Vilom -  Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30  minutes twice a day(maximum 60 minutes in one day).
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep breaths into the lungs.

Bhramri Pranayam -Close eyes. Close ears with thumb, index finger on forehead, and rest three fingers on base of nose touching eyes. Breathe in through nose. And now breathe out through nose while humming like a bee.
Duration : 5 to 15 times

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

I understand that could have been had for you.

You have mentioned of a previous childhood trauma ,would you elaborate more on this? Was there any history of an accident or injury? Any known and established anxiety disorder?

I believe you have been extensively assessed and underlying organic conditions have been ruled out. You are only 24 and this point, it is but logical to focus on psychogenic factor as a cause for your condition. I believe there are late manifestations of disease which stems out from childhood trauma or anxieties. The psychiatrist should be able to elicit this from a complete mental status examination.

Also, has anyone considered chronic fatigue syndrome and other forms of chronic pain syndromes like fibromyalgia?

Chronic pain syndrome is a “severe mental and physical exhaustion which is "unrelieved by rest”…and may be worsened by even trivial exertion (a mandatory diagnostic criterion according to some systems). Most diagnostic criteria require that symptoms must be present for at least six months, and all state the symptoms must not be caused by other medical conditions. CFS patients may report many symptoms which are not included in all diagnostic criteria, including muscle weakness, cognitive dysfunction, hypersensitivity, orthostatic intolerance, digestive disturbances, depression, poor immune response, and cardiac and respiratory problems.

On the other hand, “Fibromyalgia syndrome is a common and chronic disorder characterized by widespread muscle pain, fatigue, and multiple tender points. The word fibromyalgia comes from the Latin term for fibrous tissue (fibro) and the Greek ones for muscle (myo) and pain (algia). Tender points are specific places on the body—on the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and upper and lower extremities—where people with fibromyalgia feel pain in response to slight pressure.”
