What more treatment should I consider for my intermittent migraine? ( I have r/out food insensitivity through educating myself about tyramines in leftovers, hard cheeses and chocolate, etc.)
As a result of several bad falls including a hit-and-run on my bike, and a skating accident, my chiropractor says I have "cervical cranial syndrome,neuritis/radiculitis-thoracic,and myalgia/myositis". I have improved from 1x week visits to usually 1x a month. I stopped playing tennis and I have to swim laps with a snorkel so I don't get the headache. Recently I have stopped hugging like I used to because of it. Is there more tx I can be considering?
What medicine might I use while I have the headache, and can I use it driving and at work?
Is there more I can do such as physiotherapy? My chiropractor says not.
What is my longterm prognosis- is this going to get worse again as I age?
