Falling after migraine

I had a severe migraine on Thursday that settled behind my right eye. I went to the doctor and he gave me a shot to help relieve the pain. My vision was not good it was somewhat distorted. Friday my headache had eased up but I started having these full body jerks. I've had this happen before but this time it was happening alot and very fast. I kept dropping things, it's like my hands just give out for no reason. I also had a fall on Friday as well, it was like I just blacked out for a second and the next thing I knew I was falling. I experienced alot of moments on Friday where my legs felt like they were just giving out and I'd start to fall but then I caught myself. Today I have been experiencing the body jerks every few seconds, dropping things, and nearly falling from my legs giving
Out on me again. I'm very scared and I'm not sure if this could just be late effects from my massive migraine on Thursday or if it is something else going on. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Hi!
You must consult your doctor and rule out the possibility of a TIA or transient ischemic attack which is common in people with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Also there is a chance that you have compression of cervical spinal nerves. Hence discuss this possibility with your doctor. Get your serum electrolytes tested for a disturbed balance of these can also cause jerks and dizziness. It can also be hemiplegic migraines or benign intracranial hypertension. Please see a doctor soon. Take care!
