Getting headache

Dear Doctor,

I am a Software Professional ...When i skip my meal in afternoon and  take some juice or some thing like bread.

In the Evening i suddenly get hands slightly hands shivered and slowly i am getting severe headache followed by weakness and also vomiting sensation .

Headache is very severe .
Please suggest me what to do??

What may be the cause ?

I already consulted doctor and he said it may be tension headache.

Please suggest me

according to syntoms i am thinking that its a Migraine Headache....

i feel hunger in the eveng if i did not eat in afternoon...and then i will slowly get headache ...

Thanks for the response..no we dnt have any person with diabetes in my family..and i told to doctor abt these and he told it might be because of tension headache or because of eye sight(if i have).he gave tablets to use..and told me to check..

  Hi....wondering do u have a family medical history with diabetes? This is something u should check into as well since u said u skipped a meal...

This is something a Dr should be able to help u with.....did u give ur Dr all the info u mentioned above?
