HELP ME!

I am a 25 year old male who as of recently did not have any health problems.  Although I have not been diagnosed with anything there is obviously something wrong.  I have, for the last week, been experiencing extreme pain in my head.  The pain moves from side to side and front to back, and it is extreme.  The pain is mainly at the back left side of my head, and I can not explain how it started.  I would go to be diagnosed, but I do not have health insurance.  Now obviously I will go no matter the cost if the opinions I get are that the pains are serious.  I just need some relief, so Please help me if you can!

Today was the first day that the headaches actually lasted the entire day (as I type).  My blood pressure was checked two days ago and it was high.  I am currently taking Nasonex for an ear infection.  I have also been taking aspirin, ibuprofen, and acetaminophen for the last six months almost everyday to treat minor headaches.  Now the headaches are different though, and they are very intense.  They typically last four to five hours, but like I said before it has lasted all day today.  I do spend quite a bit of time in front of a computer screen and the TV, but because of the headaches I have cut my screen time in half.  I have not experienced vomiting, nausea, or giddiness.  Thanks for your time Suri123!

Hi PhilFish, how are you? I do understand how hard it will be to live with a chronic headache. Please give some more details about the onset, severity, any aggravating factor or a relieving factor and associated symptoms if any like vomiting, nausea, giddiness etc. Are you presently taking any medications? Have you got your blood pressure checked? It seems to be tension headache and stress you are undergoing can certainly worsen it. It is good idea to go and consult a ENT specialist or a neurophysican and get evaluated. Till then, take over the counter pain medications and Alprozolam orally for sometime till your doctor treats you. Take care.
