Hi,
It is good that you are feeling better already. Heat-related illness such as heat exhaustion occurs when your body gets too hot. This can be caused by physical exercise or hot weather. It can present with heavy sweating, feeling weak, dizziness, nausea, headache, fast heartbeat and dark-colored urine, which indicates dehydration. It is important that you get out of the heat quickly. Drink plenty of water or other fluids. Avoid drinking alcohol or caffeinated drinks because these can make heat exhaustion worse. Take a cool shower or bath, or apply cool water to your skin. Take care and regards.
No, I haven't been drink enough water. I thought about that this afternoon. Today I drank a couple of bottles and laid off the fast food and I have had a headache since. Thank you so much!
Sounds like it might be minor heat prostration if it's triggered by the heat. Have you been drinking LOTS of water and/or Gatorade? The spots in your vision could be pre-syncope symptoms.
On the other hand, it could be a migraine with aura that is triggered by the stress of the heat.
Either way, I'd recommend that you drink LOTS of water, or better yet, Gatorade to replace what your body's sweating out.
Good luck,
~Dame
