Headache Every Date

Hello,

I am getting headaches everyday for over a week now. They don't seem to have a pattern. Some days I will wake up with one and others it gradually occurs over the course of the day. I am not drinking alcohol, and I am drinking plenty of water. I do usually have 1 soda per day, but have been doing that for many years now. The only other thing that is out of the ordinary is the fact that I recently got contacts. The first 2 weeks were fine, no headaches, but now I am having one everyday. I don't know if that could be causing it or not. If anyone has an idea, or opinion please let me know. This is really frustrating and I'm extremely tired of taking ibuprofen everyday.

Thanks!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? Try to avoid taking ibuprofen or other pain medications everyday because this may lead to rebound headaches.  Caffeine, which is found in coffee, tea and soda may trigger headaches as well. Check with your eye doctor to rule out errors of refraction. If it persists, you may need to have this evaluated further for proper management. Take care and do keep us posted.

“I’ve had migraine headaches since I was in elementary school. I was going to the doctor four, sometimes five times a month and having to get shots to get rid of these headaches because Ibuprofen, Darvocet, nothing worked to get rid of them. Dr. Cartwright put me on NeuroBoost and when I saw what was in it I thought, well, this won’t work at all, but it couldn’t hurt, so I’ll take them…I haven’t had a headache at all this month.”

maybe you should try Neuroboost...
