Headache help please

I have suffered from migraine headaches for about 13 yrs now.  5 months ago I injured my back.  I have allot of other pain issues as well including two bulging discs in my neck, fused ankle arthritis in my knee, tendinitis in  my knee, bursitis around my ischial process, and I also suffer from peripheral neuropathy. Since the injury, even tho it is healed I have been experiencing migraines and other sever headaches, approximately 4 a week.  I have been in therapy, gone to a chiropractor and I have seen a neurologist.  An MRI was done last month, it showed that there is nothing wrong with me.  I am on propranolol every day, and I do have Imitrex to try and kill these headaches.  I'm getting super frustrated.  I had to quit my job because the headaches are extremely debilitating.  Can any one help me...

I ruptured a disc in my lower back, but after two lumbar epidurals, it seems to be healing fine.  My neck has two bulging discs, I went to the doc the other day, he decided to up the amount to Rx Propranolol, he also decided to put me on a muscle relaxer.  So far this is doing the trick.  I will let you know if it does not work!!  Thank you. How are you? Can you elaborate on the injury on your back? Headache that intensifies on movement can be caused by inflammation of the blood vessels of the head or bony changes in the structures of the neck. The cause of pain is unknown but this responds well to anti-inflammatory drugs and  muscle relaxants. Take care and do keep us posted.
