I have a headache....not sure why

Hello and welcome to our forums.  Thanks for the question.  We often get headaches and sometimes they can be out of nowhere.  Tension is often the culprit.  Would you classify it as a general headache or are there any characteristics to it like on one side of the head, pounding or dull ache, etc.  Often stretching the neck and Tylenol or Ibuprofen will take care of it.  https://www.webmd.com/migraines-headaches/5-ways-to-get-rid-of-headache#1  Let us know how you are doing.
