I have been taking Gabapentin 100 mg for a couple of days and have had severe migraine slash sinus headache ever since. What does be from the medicine?

Headache isn't a side effect of Neurontin. It is probably from your sinus issue. You can use a humidifier or steam (don't burn yourself) to help open the sinuses.  Steam in a hot shower is good too. Anything to open up the nasal passages.
