Did the MD that diagnosed you give you any treatment options at all?
Hi
Welcome to the forum!
There is a chance you have compression of cervical spinal nerve. This can happen due to overuse of computers, work involving straining of neck, canal stenosis, bone disease, spondylosis, poor posture etc. This can cause tingling, gait problems in the sense it can cause vertigo with change in position of head. Depending on the nerve involvement you can have facial numbness too. Benign intracranial hypertension is another condition that can be investigated. It happens due to impaired CSF absorption.
Please consult the neurologist regarding this. A chiropractor too can help you.
Silent migraines is also a possibility but these can cause visual symptoms too. You can get information about this on net easily. Your neurologist too can tell you about it.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
