Migraines and Seizures

I am 29 yrs old---I have had migraines for years--the were often accompanied by severe neck pain.  I have had a tremor in my right arm and hand for years (maybe as early as high school).  I hae mentioned these to doctors ---ocassionally over the years and not much attention was paid to them.  In Sept 2006-I started having seizures--I went to a neurologist---he did tests -- scans and EEG--all normal---I even wore an EEG device for 48 hours to try to help monitor me - nothing happened during that time.  The seizures came ofter---2-3 a week at first---then I started taking meds---migraine meds and seizure meds--topamax ---the dose made me "goofy" & lethargic--(the seizures were less frequent--went to every couple weeks but I could not function at all on the meds) the dose was lowered and Keppra added--I still got too strange to function at times ( I also took Flexerol) some when the neck pain would get so severe with the headeaches) and then I went almost 5 months without a seizure----the headaches still happened, but not as often and generally not as severe.  The meds were changed to Keppra and Depikote--those allowed me to function and I went another 5 months without a seizure--then July 14, 2008--I had a seizure--I have had three more since then--the headaches are worse and more frequent--but do not akways precede the seizures--these are all starting with severe tremors in my right arm and hand--then my head starts and then my whole body----while they have always left me hurting in my muscles afterwards---my legs have really hurt with the recent ones and I feel bad for several days --afterwards( weak and the tremors still exist some)--All I have ever been told is the underlying cause of the seizures is the long-term migraines I have had for years.  I am convinced there has to be more and why have they started again---I am a wife and mother of three (2-11 yrs old (a daughter and a step-son) and a 6 yr old daughter) I have a job for now--but I do not know how much longer that will continue if I miss work much more--I need help and I do not know who to turn to---I have good insurance (Aetna)--my previous neurologist does not take that--so I need a new doctor---but who and what kind--can you offer any help---I love in the Keller, Southlake, Grapevine Texas area!  Thank you!
