Hi,
How are you? Ear pain is usually caused by ear infection as well. This is also worth looking into by your ENT for proper evaluation. Aneurysm or hemorrhage may present with sudden unbearable headache ( usually the patient's worst kind) with double vision, or rigid neck. This can be due to a rupture in a balloon-like weakness or bulge in blood-vessel wall. Rest, ice packs, muscle relaxants and anti-inflammatory medication may help provide relief. However, if it persists, it is best that you have this evaluated further. Take care and do keep us posted.
U r welcome : )
I pray u r feeling better soon !

Hi Thanks For the advice i really appreciate it :)
Im also starting to wonder if it tension headaches from the muscle strain but also the pollen in the air might be playng a part as its that time of year again....but every headache i get i worry tht ill go the same way as my dad i think i need to relax but ill take your advice thanks so much.
Hi,...well family history does affect us all, but u should see a genetic specialist to see if the condition ur father had is a genetic issue.
RA is an autoimmune issue and some of ur symptoms may be attributed to that.
See ur PCP and get blood labs done..check for other AI issues like Hashimoto's thyroditis...lupus,lymes, or...low levels of minerals and vitamins....they play a large role in how we feel.
And lastly...stress will make u feel worse as well...try to relax until u know for sure.
Good luck
