Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Muscle contraction headache or tension headache as it is commonly called can respond to any form of relaxation exercise like walking. There is nothing to stop you from walking for 2 hours provided there is no medical condition like heart disease and the walking for 2 hours does not tire you. Cycling, swimming can also be tried.
Yoga and meditation are also quite helpful. These headaches also respond to head massage, hot towel application on head and listening to music.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
