Neurogenic Rhinitis Syndrome (Migraine sinus syndrome)

Hello,
My question is I saw a Doc in dec 06 he said I allergies went on Zyrtec D came back a year later he said I still seemed bad sent me to a ENT which in return said I had a Deviated septum and allergies that I could get the septum fixed if I wanted to. Still not felling better I went to see one of the Top allergy docs here in Chicago he said I have Neirogenic Rhinitis Syndrome. I kinda know what it is but I cant find anything else on it. Were can I look? I have googled it to no end. He also put me on Astelin which has helped a ton and he said Docs cant be so quick to judge and just call everything allergies. The reason I dont have allergies is I am just congested in the face and nose I dont have anyother sypmtoms such as Itchy anything or sore throats. Thanks for your help

Here's another website:

Sometimes I start out with a sinus headache (not real bad), but then it turns into a full migraine.  You dont have to have aura or nausea with migraines.  I usually did, but not always.  I always have a throbbing pain though... and it's usually on one side or the other (mine are never across the whole head).

I've never heard of that syndrome either ...but I tried googling Neurogenic Rhinitis... and found this...

It's kinda long, but it talks about the difference & similarities of sinus headaches & migraines.  If this is what you were looking for, it might help.

Here's a little bit of what is in that website:
It is now accepted that a considerable portion of headache or migraine patients have rhinogenic symptoms. This so called “neurogenic rhinitis” remains poorly understood but probably represents parasympathetic activation. This prominence of nasal symptoms in these patients often leads to a misdiagnosis of sinus disease in patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for migraine.
