Not a normal migraine

I am a 32 year old femaile suffering from a stabbing pains above my right eye and in the center of my head. This is accompanied by the inability to walk in a straight line, spinning sensation when I'm completely still, I taste metal whenever I drink anything. Any help with what could be wrong would be appreciated.

How are you? Do you still experience the symptoms you mentioned? Aside from meuromuscular issues, conditions affecting the ear may be responsible. If it persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Direct clinical examination, complete neurological examination and diagnostic tests will help determine the diagnosis. A referral to an ophthalmologist may also help rule out eye issues.
