Hi,
How are you today? It is normal to worry about our health. However, if it is excessive worrying, it can also be bad and stressful to you. . Try to relax and talk to your friends or to your family about this. It helps a lot when somebody is there to listen to what we are thinking. If there is head or ear pain, have this checked by your doctor for proper management. Take care and do keep us posted.
Do this pranayam three times a day, and you will think positive after day 3.

Hi,
How are you? Ice pack and pain relievers may help. Eat healthy and drink plenty of fluids so that you will not feel weak. However, if your problem is you can't stop to think, you may need further evaluation by your doctor. Your complete medical history and direct clinical examination may determine the underlying cause. Take care and do keep us posted.
