A couple of months ago, I started having a sharp headache on the right side of my cranium. The pain occurs when the pressure to my head changes, for example, if I bend forward at the waist. I've also noticed the same pain when my partner has lain across my body, while working out on some of the machines at the gym, and sometimes during hard sneezing or coughing. At first the pain only lasted a few seconds. Now when it occurs, it's lasting a few minutes before subsiding. Normally, I seldom ever have any headaches. My primary ordered an MRI which was normal. I have had no head trauma nor do I have any sinus problems. The pain seems pressure related, however, my blood pressure is normal (62/100). Should I have a stress test done or see a specialist? I'm at a loss to what the next step should be.
