Migraines, concussions, sharp pain in head when breathing

I have severe migraines that I've had on and off since 2012. I've had two concussions one was the result of a car accident where my moon roof cut my head open severely. My most recent concussion was October 4th 2016. I have had a migraine for over a month that I cannot get rid of and severe pain in the right side of my head when I inhale. I am scheduled to see a neurologist but it's a month away and I desperately need relief!! strangely enough, I find myself forgetting things I have done on a daily basis.. like the 3 digit passcode to my work door that I've used for 8 years my mind completely draws a blank!! I've tried imitrex and neurotin which hasn't helped in the slightest! Also I have huge scars on my head from my accident that are tender and have movable lumps nearby that are tender as well please help!!!
