WHAT IS THIS

I'm 42 and I have migraine with auras and also I have Deja Vu with this its a strange feeling and then about 12hrs later I start my monthly. then about 12hrs before i quit my monthly i get the migraine with auras again Is there some OTC medicine I can get to control this. Thank You.

Thank You so much for answering my question I have been suffering from this for years. Have been to many doctors but they didnt understand what I was saying thought I was going crazy. Have been on Imatrex and midrid. If I dont catch it in time have to go to ER because its gets so bad can control the pain. Once again Thank You

Thanks for writing in.
You seem to be suffering from menstrual migraines. These migraines are triggered by falling estrogen levels in the body towards the end of the menstrual cycle. SAIDS like Ibuprofen, Advil, Motrin, Naprosyn and Relafen provide relief. The medication should be started 2-3 days before the beginning of the periods and continued till the end of periods.
Because the therapy is for short period, the risk of gastrointestinal side effects is very limited.
