Whats going on?!

Okay so last weekend on Sat. the 23rd I went to dinner with my family. We had leftovers and left them in the car and went to the Movies afterwards. by the time we got home we put the food away did our nightly things and went to bed. On Sunday the 24th after church I ate the leftovers and additional food. Sunday night I also threw up twice. Icouldnt really tell what it was but guessing by the color it had been the leftoveers. I slept with some nausea that night but slpet fine none the less. The following day Ive been nauseous constantly and have headaches mainly on my neck. My tounge likes to go numb everyonce in a while and I think I have a slight temp. These symtpoms also have been occuring within the week of my mensturation if that might have anything to do with it even though Ive never had anything like this. My body is also very weak and it has been a week that these symptoms have been going on.
What can I possibly have?!
