Hello, I've been having trouble with my migraine. Sound and Light doesn't affect my Migraine that last for 2 to 3 hours once a week. It's giving me panic attacks. I don't get headaches, only pressure around my head that increases when I tilt my head. I cant stay in one place because it's painful, I'm always going out and trying to walk it off. The panic attacks I keep getting for a few months wont stop, I'm thinking I am going to collapse and not wake up. How do you deal with it?
The migraine Symptoms I get is
Head pressure
Blurred/ Double Vision
Tingling Sensation all over body
Slurred Speech
body becomes paralysed for 30 - 60 seconds - uncommon
Loss of balance
dizziness
Without any migraines when I'm playing sport I start to loose control of my legs for some reason as in I can't/difficulty feeling them. It's always been like this.... I guess it's part of my migraine
