any ideas?

I have a constant dull head and neck ache, strange electric schock type sensations and dripping water sensations every so often in my head (this generally leaves me feeling disoriented, having difficulty with focus, an sometimes fairly nauseaous), and occasionally in my arms an legs, i also get strange visible pulse like spasms in my hands and legs, and often get tremors when i am resting.  I have also rarely about 5 times in the past three months had sudden onset of pressure in my head, with smells of burning/chemicals??! where it suddenly feels like i have forgotten to breathe and i felt close to passing out? I have tried changing my diet,  taking vitamins etc but no change just getting worse (i have had two serious migraines in the last couple of weeks), thought it might be a sinus infection, but the doctor said no signs of sinus problems, so i went to the dentist to see if a problem tooth was infected but my teeth are healthy, so feeling at a bit of a loss and a little frustrated?

How are you? Do you still experience the symptoms that you mentioned? It is good that you were able to see your dentist and doctor at that time. If these persist, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Direct clinical examination and additional diagnostic tests may also be done. Take care and regards.

are you having some tension...or stress????
are you thinking too much.......
it seems like something is going on in your mind......
you have some tension or problemmm
if not....

try having balanced died...no oil foods or fried foods
eat vegetables and fruits too much
and sleep welll.....and dnt put pressure on your mind...just try t relax....
and may b you are having some sort of weakness......!
