I have experienced the same problems, you don't think so well and the right side of your body may feel very exhausted and while sleeping you man sweat too much which will awaken you. The solution to this is that you get 8 hours of sleep (minimum) and keep a regular daily life schedule. Don't be stressed out always say that, "It is not over yet and you still have time." Just be careful

Since when are you experiencing this headache?
What is the nature of headache, is it throbbing, dull ache, stabbing and burning type?
There is a possibility that this is tension headache although being one sided does raise the suspicion of migraine.
Are there any accompanying symptoms?
Please elaborate. Meanwhile you can OTC pain killers for pain and apply col compresses to the neck. Do keep us posted!
