Vision problem after migraine

Hello,

I've been getting migraines for years now but after my last attack I noticed a problem with my vision. It has been a week since the attack and my left side vision is not clear and is weird. Its hard to explain what I am experiencing but I think I also have blind spots in the left side of my vision. My headache was gone quickly but the vision problem is the same and is not getting better. Also my left hand kinda feels like it is numb. It is not numb but just feels like it. Have any of you experienced this?  Help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I dont have insurance and cant afford to go to the doctor. My vision is still not normal. Its like if you would look at a bright bulb and then look away but still see the bright light. My vision gets better at night but then the next day the same story over. I am thinking maybe my eyes are stuck in the mode of being too sensitive to light. Is there any medication I can take?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? What other symptoms are present? One type of migraine is hemiplegic migraine and may present with headache, numbness on one side of the body, weakness or paralysis, visual aura, such as seeing zigzag lines, double vision, or blind spots; and language difficulties along with other migraine symptoms. If these persist, it is best that you have this checked also by your doctor for proper evaluation. A referral to an ophthalmologist  will help rule out eye issues also. Take care and do keep us posted.
