Hi,
The cause for your headache looks like stress induced, first of all I would like to know if you have any fever and running nose as even sinus also would cause headache and heaviness as you have explained, and any ear infection would also cause dizziness. So best try to decrease your stress levels. If still the pain persists then meet a physician and he would start you on a course of antibiotics and you will be relieved. Even after that if pain still persists then get a MRI brain done and you can get back to me if you need anything.

Hi,
Are you still having the headaches?  The only thing I can think of after reading this and the word pressure, would be sinus problems.  If you are still having the headaches though and they are real bad, I'd schedule a doctor appointment.  Good luck to you :)
