Hi,
Chest pain may indeed be caused by cardiac or non-cardiac causes such as gastrointestinal causes. It is good that cardiac causes were ruled out. For your symptoms, the best thing to do is have this evaluated by your doctor or be referred to an ENT for proper management. Identification of the triggers of your headache may also help you avoid them in the future. There is a headache tracker here in Medhelp that you an use. Take care and do keep us posted.

Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present? Weak blood or oxygen supply to the brain and other parts of the body warrants further evaluation. Rest, ice packs and medications may help with the pain in your head. I recommend that you check with your doctor for proper evaluation. Direct clinical examination is important to determine the underlying cause. Take care always.
