severe headache

i have had a severe headache for seven days constantly.i am taking painkillers everyday.it feels like my head will burst when i stand up or bend over,or lean my head foreward,or bend down.i am boiling hot and feverish,and my face is flushed red but my hands and feet are freezing,my nose also feels like it is going to explode with pressure,my ear also feels like it needs to pop and there has been a clear liquid in my ear,up untill it felt like it was popping and i found a gross orangey discharge.i have dizzy spells with this headache where i fall over.and i feel the need to urinate when i am boiling hot.i am also constantley dehydrated. i am very scared and dont know what is wrong.it is also almost impossible to open my jaw sopmetimes as i feel like my neck and head is being squashed,and i sometimes feel like my neck spasms and lo0cks in a certain position,-to the side.please help me.

Do bring yourself to the ER as soon as possible. You may be having a severe infection. I do not want to alarm you but what you just have posted suggests an underlying infectious process. At this point the ears may be a focus. Other differentials aside from an ear or sinus infection is a meningitis.

Inform your primary physician about this. Do you have someone with you at home? Get an immediate consult at the ER so you will be immediately assessed. You need prompt assessment and intervention.

I would recomend you see your Dr asap.  With the fever you could have some type of ear infection going on which can cause headaches.  The dizziness can be from the ears too.  I would try to make an appt. with a Dr. right away.  Best wishes, I hope your feeling better soon.
