Hi
If the pain appears more frequently then you may need to have this assessed since headaches need to be classified. Anxiety may be caused by an increase in stress levels and this may lead to headaches and other bodily symptoms. If there is any increase in workload at school or any problems with relationships at home then it is necessary to have someone to talk to about this. Give yourself time to rest and relax. This will be able to help you.
Migraine headaches may also be caused by hormonal changes and other triggers like food, weather, bright lights and loud noises. Try to avoid these as much as possible.
I'm 16 and I have terrible anxiety/panic disorder and I think it just makes everything worse tan it is because im constanly thinking about my body and all of the aches and pains. And my headache went away after I took exedrin. It has come back but it's not as bad of pain as before and it hurts into my ear.
Hi
How old are you?
A throbbing headache usually suggests a migraine headache. If you have been having this for quite sometime and the headaches last for at least 4 hours to 3 days, then a migraine headache may be a differential. Migraines are usually given as a diagnosis if the headaches have been recurring for at least 5 times and when other underlying disease conditions have been ruled out. Cervicogenic headaches, tension type headache, and musculoskeletal or arthritic pain should be considered also.
Try taking pain relievers for this. Make sure you have no allergies to pain meds . If the pain persists then you need to have the headaches classified.
