spinal headache

I had cortizone epidural 2 weeks ago got spinal leak horrible headache with vomiting got blood patch 1 week ago still have headache   and vomiting I'm scheduled for second blood patch in 2 days what do the doctors do if it doesn't work my brains feel like they are coming out my neck

How are you?  Aside from caffeine, drinking plenty of fluids an strict bed rest for 24-48 hours are also recommended. Inform your doctor about this for proper management. Take care and do keep us posted.

Try to keep flat as long as possible. Have you tried caffeine (when, that is, you can keep something down)?
Is your doctor giving you anti-emitics - like zofran, so you stay hydrated?
