Hi,
How are you? Headaches with increasing severity warrants further evaluation by your doctor to rule out any brain pathology. I agree with selma that you need imaging studies done such as MRI or Ct scan to help identify the underlying cause. Your bike accident may be a factor and this should be ruled out also. If over-the-counter pain medications do not help anymore, you may benefit from prescription medicines from your attending physician. Take care and do keep us posted.
Hi...when u had ur bicycle accident did u have ne MRI's or xrays done?
I would hope so, and I would get some now to compare....when u have a fall like that u can have an injury that does not appear right away.
I would look to whip lash...bcuz of the way u fell onto ur face and the way that would have put pressure on ur neck.
When whip lash is overlooked or missed by not having testing done, the muscles r in constant change, they twist the opposite way they should be causing pain and discomfort......PT can help u relax these muscles if this is indeed what is going on, but u have to have these tests done to see .
I pray u find ur answers, please post an update

PS- I was in a MVA- did not get tested and started having issues....not one dr tested me, 14 yrs later one finally did and saw I had whip lash....I also had other issues going on, but if the test is not done, the drs will not find it.
