How are you? Hypertension headaches present with generalized pain and most severe in the morning. It can diminishes throughout day and can be controlled with appropriate blood pressure medication. Another differential is tension-type Headaches which is a dull, non-throbbing pain, frequently bilateral and associated with tightness of scalp or neck. the degree of severity remains constant an do not improve through out the day. Have you checked your blood pressure? If your blood pressure is high, it can cause headaches.
