Hey Eric!
Our journeys are oddly similar. I've had the internal "vibration" feeling and am becoming overwhelmed with fatigue as of late. I have a follow up appt with my neuro on the 19th and I plan to address it then.
I also have pain in my right shoulder, so bad that I can no longer lay on my right side. Sigh. I am sorry that you are experiencing this as well; I will advise when I find something out. In the meantime, I hope you feel better and are ready for the holidays!
Always,
Lizzie
I have had those feelings before - often when I get chilled (or my body thinks it is!) - I don't shake on the outside but feel this internal vibration. I have also had the real thing when I had a UTI go rogue and turned septic without my realizing it. That was a horrible internal shake that then would get worse and do an external uncontrollable shaking.
If this continues, especially if it is bothersome as Kyle said, be sure to talk with your doctor.
best, Laura
Internal tremors can be caused by any number of neurological issues. This is a link to a earlier question that is similar to yours. I hope this helps answer you questions.

Hi Eric,
I'm not sure what an internal tremor is. I googled it and couldn't find anything.
As we know too well, MS can cause anything to happen at any time :-) For me the question becomes can I live with it? My early AM nystagmus is an example. I see double for 2-3 minutes every day. I always goes away, so I don't pursue it. If it gets worse I will.
My neuropathic foot pain start as an annoyance. It progressed to the point that it was impacting my quality of life. So I talked to my doc about it.
So goes life with MS :-)
Kyle
