Burning Sensation In Ear

I was rolling (sparring) in Brazilian jujitsu and I was doing an escape from a position when the guy landed right on my jaw and set it back a bit. I immediately felt a burning sensation in my ear and I felt a bit disoriented. I kept going on with the pain in my ear, and eventually it went away, but I still kind of feel it. I put my finger in my ear and there was a bit of clear fluid. Should I be worried, or am I fine? This has happened a few times before, but I just wanna know if this will cause long term damage and how to avoid it. Also, I have a small degree of cauliflower ear in that same ear. Could that be influencing it?
